  1. see what i mean about WARD? that should of been a first no moves

  2. damn BUTLER you have to catch that...game changer

    ReplyDelete
  3. no JACOBS no PLAX this is gonna be a great test for ELI

    ReplyDelete
  4. I'm here but I'm waching the baby so its tough to post

    ReplyDelete
  5. some early remarks:
    1) Toomer has to make that catch in first possession, hits him right in #s
    2) Hixon is playing with better energy than Burress right now anyway, so we r a stronger team with him in
    3) Diehl looked asleep on the sack
    4) the Giants got a terrible spot on the FG drive that made it 3-0, why not challenge that spot?
    5) Blitz is only way we are gtg pressure, must disrupt Warner or else 3rd and long is a cakewalk for them
    6) If the giants can make this a long game they win these types of games in Q4

  6. straight ahead runs for WARD....he is best running straight up the field, that i give him, the outside type runs should be let for #44

    ReplyDelete
  7. LOL shotgun again...Gilbride loves the shotgun

    ReplyDelete
  8. Ward looked good on that drive, gildbride has to stop going shotgun on the 5 all the time

    ReplyDelete
  9. Nice td answer drive, giants very composed, I'll give ward credit, he got it done

    ReplyDelete
  10. Yeah we have to get pressure with the front 4 because you can only stop the QUICK SCREENS to those receivers for so long

    ReplyDelete
  11. agree about shotgun, too much transparency on playcall, esp that empty backfield.. why do that when your run is so feared?

    ReplyDelete
  12. saw that one early...guys got out of there lanes on the kickoff

    ReplyDelete
  13. brown brown brown

Football is a game of field position can't let them start at midfield

Not sure why caughlin would go with the weaker leg in this game

    ReplyDelete
  14. simply not off enuf pressure from front 4. if we need these blitzes to get pressure we are going to get burned once in a while. I feel like we are playing against brady/moss/welker.

    ReplyDelete
  15. all he had to do was CUT BACK lol lateral movement....

    ReplyDelete
  16. boss has to catch that, that was a drop

    ReplyDelete
  17. just rewound both plays those were 2 drops

    ReplyDelete
  18. it did not look like DRC tipped the ball, just looked Hixon missed it in endzone, gotta get 7 off that Hixon runback to 16 yard line

    ReplyDelete
  19. stupid stupid penalty by ohara

Going to give them the ball at midfield again

    ReplyDelete
  20. btw, that is the second personal foul on O'Hara this year, both AFTER the play is over

    ReplyDelete
  21. midfield...the small thing dude, remember what i always say about us keeping teams in games, we so it the best

    ReplyDelete
  22. we are not making them earn there points...

    ReplyDelete
  23. O'Hara cost us field position and that FG

    ReplyDelete
  24. Awesome stand by the D

    Phillips is a beast!

Pierce hit Boldin like a truck!

    ReplyDelete
  25. HIXON is gonna make me have a heart attack

    ReplyDelete
  26. both teams SP stinking it up...HIXON should have 2 returns

    ReplyDelete
  27. play fake bootleg pass to boss

    I love that play

They should run it way more often in short yardage

    ReplyDelete
  28. did u read Coughlin's lips? LOL, "what the BROWN are you guys doing iut there" is what he said after the 15 flags went out. Like Goose said, we are lucky it was offsetting, so at least 1st down in red zone. Bradshaw please?!!

    ReplyDelete
  29. thats should of been the first down call

    ReplyDelete
  30. if we let them score BEFORE half im gonna go nuts....just a good kickoff woulod be a good start...and i beg SPAGS to not sit back and let them dink and dump all the way down the field

    ReplyDelete
  31. very nice job by Manning, and Toomer decided to hold on to the ball. they have a 1:08 LEFT, no points, no prevent, no soft stuff for garbage time FG please

    ReplyDelete
  32. i think KICKOFF is going to be a problem all day

    ReplyDelete
  33. either holding or an illegal hands to the face call

this kid cant get a break

    ReplyDelete
  34. So far, the play of the game has to be Kenny Phillips causing the Fitzgerald incomplete pass for AZ 3 instead of 7. The Gmen need more pressure from their front four. I sincerely believe that Bradshaw can bust this game open. Has he gotten any touches yet in the offense? None that I can recall. Domenik Hixon is so good on kickoff returns, he is clearly better than Bradshaw by a mile and should be doing those all the time. This is the same guy that ran one back to the house vs the Pats in W17, so it is not as if this is a surprise or anything.

    ReplyDelete
  35. no reason why we shouldn't come out and pound the ball

    ReplyDelete
  36. thats the KURT WARNER i remember....ANDY i do believe you called that earlier...he owes you one more

    ReplyDelete
  37. TUCK BABY!!!! nice strip, Warner made his first mistake, held ball too long. Phillips is playing a great game, enables that play to happen because of 3rd and long.

    ReplyDelete
  38. first play go for the KILL but GILBRIDE wont do it...

    ReplyDelete
  39. Tuck is either gtg held or doubled, so when they stunt him, all he needs is the time to go all the way around and create the havoc.

    ReplyDelete
  40. Ward needs to run up the field why are they callig outside runs

    ReplyDelete
  41. Madison HEDGEBROWN!!! Eli is playing great. takes hit (the SAME identical type of hit that Tuck gets called for personal foul on a few games ago), delivers ball to SMith, then the very next play (great call by Gilbride) goes play action and puts ball on the money, sweet!!!

    ReplyDelete
  42. that is the way to make them pay for the Warner turnover. now no letup by offense and defense, 60 mins, just because u r up 24-12 does not mean we can put the flag in.

    ReplyDelete
  43. special teams again...we gotta get those PENALTIES in order i like the pressure that we are getting on 3rd down, very imoportant...BUTLER catches like someone with NO thumbs

    ReplyDelete
  44. yes, Nature, second Butler, right in his hands. that bad snap easily cost the Cards 3 points, Rackers can make that, now they had to punt

    ReplyDelete
  45. i would love to see us get the running gane going with #44 and

    ReplyDelete
  46. KILLdrive is being his lame self again, friggin guy is the worst...please NO one DEFEND him again...if you are going to defend him EXPLAIN that god darn drive

    ReplyDelete
  47. lol we have to be the worst at gettin the live ball (fumbles, tip passes)

    ReplyDelete
  48. what i say about keeping teams in games...make them earn it, we have given them all this drive

    ReplyDelete
  49. sloppiness, penalties. looked like Tuck was coming out for rest, not for a shoulder injury, but goose must know more than us

    ReplyDelete
  50. that was a clear pick PLAY holy shit

    ReplyDelete
  51. Nature, totally agree, blatant penalty, not even mild, he's blocking and they gave it to him despite the flag being thrown. Did u see Tuck on the "hokie" wishbone? Tuck and the NFL are too fast for that lame college stuff.

    ReplyDelete
  52. refs are killing us on this drive

First the garbage pi call on ross now the no call on an obvious pick play by AZ

    ReplyDelete
  53. this is some BS...icant believe some of the calls being made, and missed.....

    ReplyDelete
  54. that was a lets keep the game close drive by the refs

    ReplyDelete
  55. we need a game killing 9 min td drive right here

    ReplyDelete
  56. did B-Shaw PORK Gilbrides wife or something? damn get em in the game WARD is not running to inspired right now....look out for the SHOTGUN, coming to a 1st and 10 near you

    ReplyDelete
  57. second and less than 11 yards after a first down pass, almost a mortal lock that Gilbride calls the run. so this time Hixon gets 9 on 1st down, a handoff follows and Ward is stopped for no gain, SHOCKING! Not!

    ReplyDelete
  58. we need a nice LENTHY drive and get at least 3

    ReplyDelete
  59. MANNING has been simply outstanding today! TD. That drive was all Manning.

    ReplyDelete
  60. This is why we keep harping on the fact that the Giants can (a) score 40 pts per game (b) they need to win against this AZ team.

    ReplyDelete
  61. we cannot let them get a quick strike type TD...make them drive and earn every yard...hopefully we can get some pressure...

Off the subject......WHAT THE HELL IS ANDY REID DOING? lol thats gos for him....that game in a few weeks looking more and more like a V

    ReplyDelete
  62. the cardinals left side has been in the nz 3 times this game and no flag

Boss is the man that was a hell of a catch

We need a stop here still a lot of time left

    ReplyDelete
  63. 10 mins to go in the game and we just now getting B-shaw

    ReplyDelete

  65. I thought leading with your helmet is a personal foul? The ref was standing right there! Am I missing something?

    ReplyDelete
  66. that his on boss was the same type of hit we get flagged for

    ReplyDelete
  67. Giants r not gtg the calls today, agreed, pretty bad.

    ReplyDelete
  68. hey ANDY i see the neon lights over #44's head

    ReplyDelete
  69. there is the same Question you always ask andy....whats wrong with you offense WINNING the game instead of depending on your Dfense

    ReplyDelete
  70. should of went for the 4th and 1.....pats would of.....colts would of....that is 1 thing about us, we dont take risk when its worth it

    ReplyDelete
  71. now we are going to get agressive? run the damn ball

    ReplyDelete
  72. Kudos to Gilbride and Coughlin for not going into the prevent offense, letting the offense try to seal up this win, not being predictable and throwing on some 1st and 2nd downs and mixing it up

    ReplyDelete
  73. make the FG and win the game, that would be 37 points, what you need to beat to the Cardinals, respect for their offense.

    ReplyDelete
  74. Wonder says to go for it, on 4th and 2", not fourth and1, 2 inches, so go for it. I disagree, kick the fg.

    ReplyDelete
  75. Master piece by Manning....accurate, well called and decisive.

D played better than the score, partially de to Refs. But man Tuck is a stud! Can't wait until Robbins hands are healed and as Thomas and Phillips get better and better.

I hate to admit it but Jacobs might just be better than I thought. Running game was not itself and Bradshaw didn't flash much (even though he was put in much of a position with the play calling).

As I called it....put Hixon on Kick offs! Tuck got 1/2 of my call.

    ReplyDelete
  76. This team is just so good. No Jacobs, no Plax...no problem. It just means other guys step up. Great game for Hixon. Why wasnt he returning kickoffs all season? He is so dangerous in that role, and we also see such potential as a receiver too. The two games Plax was out? 10 catches, 159 yards and a TD.

Boss, Smith and Toomer (except for his drop early on) had nice games--Smith's catch on that 30 yard play was a thing of beauty. Even Moss dusts off the cobwebs and has a few catches.

Arizona committed to stopping the run, I even counted 9-10 guys in the box on some plays. We had to win this game in the air...and we did. Eli was absolutely brilliant today. Every throw was on point.

I also thought the defense played well considering the Cards often started possessions at midfield or in Giants territory. Thomas and Phillips had real nice games--Phillips play to breakup the Fitzgerald TD was HUGE, and he also got a few nice hits on Warner on blitzes. Tuck had a huge play with the sack and strip of Warner.

My only complaints were the kickoff coverage and the refs. The only weak link in our team is the kickoff coverage--have to figure out a way to fix that. And the Giants got screwed a few times by the refs. The Ross PI call was a joke, and the non-call on the Urban pick play was awful.
