Intragame NYG-PHL Commentary, moderated by Nature

Keep the language clean. Pound the Eagles DL w/ Jacobs, but if they give us a lot of 8 men in the box, we have to be ready to throw the ball too. SCREEN PASS PLS.

Deactivated:
RB Droughns
RB Ware
CB Dockery
S Butler
LB Wilkinson
T Koets
WR Manningham
DE McDougle

Tynes and Carney both activated... I bet Coughlin is going with Carney on FGs and Tynes on long FGs and kickoffs. That is what I would do. Not having both Droughns and Ware for specials coverage is a risk.

  6. jacobs look like he was running gingerly

    ReplyDelete
  7. I hope everyone had the under in their "How long until Michaels or Madden mentions that Snee is Coughlin's son-in-law" and the over in "How many times they mention that"

I Dave Brown-ing hate national broadcasts...

    ReplyDelete
  8. go to the endzone for six GILBRIDE first rule after turnover

    ReplyDelete
  9. its official HITCHCOCK cant catch...anyone agree? why dont we attack first play after the turnover

    ReplyDelete
  10. why do we keep throwing to Hedgcock ?
He dropped another one for a sure 1st down in the red zone ?

    ReplyDelete
  11. lol HEDGEbrown when read that i spit my drink up

    Jeremy is makng himself comfortable
    with the new team.

    ReplyDelete
  14. keep pounding, the OL is doing great on the play action setup

    ReplyDelete
  15. pas run pass too predictable again in the red zone

    Toomer has been huge though

    Talent bailing out Gilbride again

    ReplyDelete
  16. 1st and GOAL, ball control, lets get this ball in for 7 and we'll be :))

I LOVE THE SOUND OF QUIET IN THE LINC

    ReplyDelete
  17. i think i like Boss on pass catching duties more than HedgeBrown

    ReplyDelete
  18. strike that, I like the sound of booing better than the sound of quiet

    ReplyDelete
  19. What sense does it make to have a 2nd kicker that can get it 5 yards deeper on kickoffs if it means inactivating one of our best cover guys and letting them run back our kicks to the 35 and 48

    ReplyDelete
  20. Bradshaw causes a fumble on kckoff coverage, he's good everywhere.

Why the dave brown is he on kickoff coverage ??

Its inevitable one of the three backs wlll be injured.

    why risk 2 getting injured.

    what is coughlin thinking ??

    ReplyDelete
  21. I think John Madden wants to Brown with half the Giants players

    ReplyDelete
  22. Droug is inactive
Bradshaw has to take his spot on kicks

    ReplyDelete
  23. i think trent cole is as good as Freeny right now...he is relentless off the edge

    ReplyDelete
  24. i think we should keep it on the ground...line is getting one hell of a push, reminds me when i played pop warner and we would play Iselin, and Port Reading, we were like the HOGS. (i played right tackle haha)

    ReplyDelete
  25. that was dumb he was not going into the endzone

    ReplyDelete
  26. i sad it last week we are the best at keeping teams in games...i never seen anything like it in my life

    ReplyDelete
  27. Sam Madison plays too dumb for a guy who's been in the league as long as he has.

    ReplyDelete
  28. Jacobs gets cute & turns a first down
    into an Eagles TD

    very,very sloppy

    ReplyDelete
  29. "the Eagles are lucky that the Giants have turned the ball over twice tonight" ya think?! totally outplaying them and up by 3. could be worse, could be so much better. stupid is as stupid does.

    ReplyDelete
  30. btw, speaking of two turnovers, this EXACTLY how the Colts beat the Steelers this afternoon, outplayed everywhere except in endzone

    ReplyDelete
  31. im sick right now, i told ya weeks ago JACOBS isnt the guy

    ReplyDelete
  32. if he gets a new deal i hope its not a HUGE one and not more than 2 years

    ReplyDelete
  33. we need this stop so we can get the good field position

    ReplyDelete
  34. the G men have been outplaying the Eagles, but turnovers are keeping them in the game

this is a very dangerous situation...
    ...have to put them away

    ReplyDelete
  35. thats was a give me, but atleast he caught it

    ReplyDelete
  36. madison taketh and giveth BACK! yes!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  37. ya think bradshaw drops that pass? nope

    ReplyDelete
  38. mc nabb has been ice cold, we must captalize now.

if he gets hot, it wont be a 3 point lead for us

    ReplyDelete
  39. i wish we had a shovel pass it would be great....we need 6 not 3, a field goal does nadda

    ReplyDelete
  40. that was 6 to PLAX eli gotta wake up

    ReplyDelete
  41. westbrook cannot be left alone like that, major error

    ReplyDelete
  42. I'm disgusted we should be up by 14

    ReplyDelete
  43. bad 1st half. we dominate big in the stats, but only lead by 3.

if mc nabb wakes up in the 2nd half,
we'd better play a whole lot better.

how many times have i seen this ?

    ReplyDelete
  44. im blaming this dave brown on JACOBS, he ruined a demoriizing drive...i think he suck...and lets remember i been saying this forever, so i think i can i say I TOLD YOU SO!!!

    ReplyDelete
  45. the halftime analysis is extremely simple, we are kicking their royal browns, and that Jacobs fumble Browned us, complete charity. all we have to do is play without errors and we will win this game. if the gints keep their heads they are a terrific team. the giants OL is controlling the game. Collinsworth points out that u dont want to give McNabb too many opptys, that is true. I do want to see more pressure on him.

    ReplyDelete
  46. this game is feeling like one of my GIANT nightmares...westbrook did nothing and they are down 3, how long can we hold him down?!?!?

and have to get some sack, we have been pressuring him but we have to get sacks

    ReplyDelete
  47. westbrook is starting to be a factor
cant allow him to get active

why don't we put a spy on him for the rest of the game, say a CB ?

    ReplyDelete
  48. nature is 100% correct

I've seen this nightmare too often

I'm worried about the 2nd half and
mc nabb and westbrook coming alive

    we're much too sloppy

    ReplyDelete
  49. Wonder echoes all our thoughts, play without errors and u kill this team. the only thing good about this, remembering Wonder's comments posted this AM, is that in the second half that ball control should KILL the Eagles defensive line, so keep pounding them.

    ReplyDelete
  50. waaaaaaaaaay to much time, and its kills me to see people running wide open in the middle of the field

    ReplyDelete
  51. who blew that tackle, was it thomas onthe edge?

    ReplyDelete
  52. the DL and blitz is not gtg to McNabb, and that is costing the defense at end of half and now here again, that is 10 pts. the eagles OL is beginning to assert itself too.

    ReplyDelete
  53. that looked like '06 d fense, thank you JACOBS for shifting the momentum...thats right im gonna blame em all night, pressure just isnt getting there, and there going to start killing the middle of the field watch and see...what OLBers are going to be free agants this year? we need some bad

    ReplyDelete
  54. mc nabb is now hot, westbrook is running well

the G men must now step up big

absence of hits, sacks on mc nabb

    could be a turning pont

    feel disgusted

    ReplyDelete
  55. Karlos Dansby, and Bart Scott are best, i would rather anyone of them on the outsides..how bout both

    ReplyDelete
  56. with the SIZE of these holes some more speed at RB would help...hope people understand that thise are BIG PLAY type holes and he is only getting 10 yards

    ReplyDelete
  57. success pounding, keep pounding

put in Bradshaw for change of pace

    Gillbride is too inflexible

    ReplyDelete
  58. i have and IDEA, KC doesnt want LJ sooooooo.....let JACOBS go give KC a 2 or whatever and voila we have a big play bag

    ReplyDelete
  59. gilbride is going to make meHATE shotgun formation forever

    ReplyDelete
  60. your entire body has to be over the line of scrimmage, there is a small, but enuf of a shot to challenge, it depneds on where the 'real' red line is for line of scrimmage

    ReplyDelete
  61. brilliant call by coughlin,
    dave brown unbelieveable

    ReplyDelete
  62. i saw it from upstairs, great call tom!

    ReplyDelete
  63. coughlin earns his money with that call

but Manning was dave brown lucky !!

    ReplyDelete
  64. i have interpreted that rule the wrong way my entire football life i thought if any body part passes the line you we over

    ReplyDelete
  65. in reality, a bonehead play by manning.

    saved by the coach !!

    ReplyDelete
  66. bradshawwwww! nice tackle on specials! can we get him in the game on offense too?

    ReplyDelete
  67. we need a turnover to calm down this offense

    ReplyDelete
  68. okay, this is where the OFFENSE has to take the LOAD for the DEFENSE, because our defense is not gtg enuf pressureat the line of scrimmage, so the Offense has to widen the lead

    ReplyDelete
  69. JACOBS sucks on short yardage...why cant they see that?

    ReplyDelete
  70. what the DAVE BROWN was he jumping for?

    ReplyDelete
  71. bradshaw sighting... I think Im gonna brown

    ReplyDelete
  72. 'm dreaming, BRADSHAW's in the game

    somebody, wake me up

    ReplyDelete
  73. people do you see the cut back and 2-3 xtra yards? he moves the iple better

    ReplyDelete
  74. lol GILBRIDE at his best BOSS has been good in the redzone lately, HELLO

    ReplyDelete
  75. Skittish Manning. They should be blowing them out!!!!!! RUN THE DAMN BALL THEY CAN'T STOP IT!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  76. i just rewound to see what PLAX was talking about....why is it the refs dont call the grabbing and hands to the face on CB against burress, i think of 2-3 off hand

    ReplyDelete
  77. how do you not see that blitz comming

    ReplyDelete
  78. we have no pass rush, the offense needs more points

    ReplyDelete
  79. webster!!!!!!!! phew, we are lucky, still no pressure

    ReplyDelete
  80. that block looked cleaned why the DAVE BROWN are the refs dave browning us 1-2 times a game these last few weeks

    ReplyDelete
  81. there it is, another fumble, for the love of dave brown we are lucky

    ReplyDelete
  82. dont worry he was getting hore collarded

    ReplyDelete
  83. holy dave brown why the F is he jumping? stop stop stop dont ruin the FG stupid

    ReplyDelete
  84. bradshaw can run all day thru those holes, but he will never NEVER see the ball if he keeps fumbling

    ReplyDelete
  85. You won't see bradshaw anymore....can you say doghouse. Let's put this game away!

    ReplyDelete
  86. He needs to talk to tiki about fumbling

    ReplyDelete
  87. Ughhhhh if Bradshaw can hold on to the ball we would be in by now!

    ReplyDelete
  88. why does manning take these timeouts? could it be that the wrong playcall is in? could it be too much time waiting for the play and gtg to the line? i smell gilbrown

    ReplyDelete
  89. can we protect the ball and win this game please?

    ReplyDelete
  90. now is the time we need to let the PLAYCLock run down

    ReplyDelete
  91. Hey can we stop with the bringing back memories of the ray handley and dave brown days!!!!!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  92. somebody said something about fumbles?

    ReplyDelete
  93. Where Tyree to teach these guys on how to hold onto the ball

    ReplyDelete
  94. This is scary. This could be overturned.

    ReplyDelete
  95. How many times could Al Michaels say "only part of the ball needs to cross the line."?????

    ReplyDelete
  96. lol i told you guys he SUCKS at short yardage, how many times must i say it....

    ReplyDelete
  97. we are dam dave brown lucky

all our backs need a clnic on holding on to the ball and not doing
stupid stuff lke leaping in the air

also I dont like Michaels & Madden crowning the G men the best in football with 9 minutes left to play

    ReplyDelete
  98. i'm thinking all the backs will be carring footballs around wiyh them this week

    ReplyDelete
  99. the one thing we cant do is allow a quick TD....

    ReplyDelete
  100. where is #92 when you need RUNYAN owned

    ReplyDelete
  101. he HAVE to HAVE to get a sack...#5's timing is on

    ReplyDelete
  102. GET A SACK......aaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

    ReplyDelete
  103. still no pressure on mc nabb

    big problem

    ReplyDelete
  104. it looks like the line isnt trying...the eagles line is good but sheesh...we are not even touching him

    ReplyDelete
  105. we can still blow this

manning has to step up big now

too much luck in the 4th qtr

    ReplyDelete
  106. a couple first downs can end this game lets go KILLDRIVE

    ReplyDelete
  107. good i hate when we play at night

All I want is to scream at the tv but I'd wake the whole house

    ReplyDelete
  108. 3rd and 1 is bradshaw's down he can move the crowd the best

    ReplyDelete
  109. why the pulling? straight ahead running

    ReplyDelete
  110. the lost yards on the NON FUMBLE killed us...the penalty gives us first down without the fake fumble

    ReplyDelete
  111. RRRK, the prevent offense. there were only 14 Eagles in the box on that play

    ReplyDelete
  112. mc nabb is having his way, we need
    a sack

    sack,sack,sack

    ReplyDelete
  113. thank god reid and mcnabb suck so bad at clock management

    ReplyDelete
  114. Think about this, if the giants had the ball, what are they gonna do? we all know. What are the eagles gonna do, i have no clue!

    ReplyDelete
  115. if 1 more person tells me not to attack GILBRIDE im going to have to assume that they are related

    ReplyDelete
  116. dont attack gilbride, sry couldnt resist

    ReplyDelete
  117. we should just kneel, everone wants to give the ball back

    ReplyDelete
  118. Did Gilbride start calling the plays for the eagles?????

    ReplyDelete
  119. Madden was so right, they needed to call pass, the giants were going to stop the run and they DID!

VERY BAD CALL by Eagles, we had NO PASS RUSH, THEY HAD TO KEEP PASSING! YES!!! WIN!! Thank you Eagles for that horrible playcall.

    ReplyDelete
  120. i wouldnt kick it...i QB lean forward plus the scrum would kill atleast 5 sec if we dont get the first

    ReplyDelete
  121. lol i think i should call the offense from right in front of my COMPUTER

    ReplyDelete
  122. VERY GOOD call to start chase at WLB

    game ball belongs to coughln

I'm exhausted, have to admit, the difference in the game was better
    coaching & some luck

    I'll take it

    ReplyDelete
  123. without #27 fumble i think we win this game by atleast 10 pass rush was just not there tonight...crazy NFC EAST game, why do i have those funny feeling like we lost? its cheech and chong time while i try to calm down about the JACOBS jumping, if one more person hurdles im going to lose it

    ReplyDelete
  124. good to get the win

    Lots to build on

I'm sure coughlin will have lots to yell about this week

    ReplyDelete
  125. Dilfer is on espn right now praising Gilbride!
