    ReplyDelete
  49. BRIAN you called it, and ANDY said it a while ago....PREVENT only PREVENTS you from winning....a cant believe all the cushin they gave JASON AVANT!!!

    ReplyDelete
  50. y, the playcalling when u r deep in their zone w 2 min warning means u should not be afraid to run the ball to wind down the clock so that the Eagles dont have much left to work with. But the officials there TOOK AWAY 5 yards from the Giants, would have been 1st and 10 instead of 1st and 5, not what Buck said.

Speaking of Buck, both Buck and Aikman are 100% on the fact that a blind man can see that Eli Manning is keeping this team from advancing in the playoffs, if he continues this play it will take a break somewhere to win. MANNING MUST WAKE UP. He is throwing wobblers against the wind and with it too. Some of his throws with the wind are sailing high. He is simply inaccurate. And we are suffering. ALSO, remember what Carl Banks said Monday, that the team has a weakness with red zone inefficiency, we got stopped twice in the red zone and settled for FGs, add the missed FG and we are pulling a Tennessee Titans here, outplaying this team and losing. There is a lot of football left, but either you execute NOW or you go home. Also, DL was getting some push earlier, now it is not getting push, and that was why the last drive by the Eagles worked. GET in McNabb's face or suffer the consequences. Am very happy w the Boss receptions, but Manning inaccurate almost everywhere else.

    ReplyDelete
  51. prevent and bad clock management are the 2 cardinal sins of coaching

    ReplyDelete
  52. LOL who didnt know we were going to give up a play on sp

  79. LOL who is calling these plays? this is a joke...

    ReplyDelete
  80. haha the "BEST" run O.....ELI needs to check himself.....If for some odd reason we keep GILBRIDE Mr. Reese we need a #1 reciever for his god awful offensive scheme..personally i would like us to get an OFFENSIVE coordinator from the PARCEL's tree because this OFFENSE will not and cannot work in NJ in PLAY-OFFS

i said during the week i had NO CONFIDENCE in Gilbride to do the right things.Eli played like shELI today. dont even bring up PLAXICO becuase he has been gone forever now...

Hey ANDY what you gonna do for GIANTS DRAFT coverage this year? HAHA

    ReplyDelete
  81. Over and done.....They beat themselves and got help from Gilbrown deluxe. God, I hate gilbrown. Eli blows too and no contract until he learns how to throw a freaking spiral.

    ReplyDelete
  82. you know i even forgot about the missed FG's SPECIAL TEAM needs to get addressed KICKER and return guys...is there any argument for KEEPING GILBRIDE? i hope for some reason SPAGS stays on board, he can get back to old form with OSI back

    ReplyDelete
  83. LOL steve smith just gave me a LAUGH i needed that

    ReplyDelete
  84. i hope that MIDDLE of the field praying circle was to PRAY THAT GILBRIDE GETS THE RAIDERS JOB....ELI also can use a good QB coach

    ReplyDelete
  85. Very disgusted with this game.

    1. Coughlin defers (as he did the last time against Philly on a windy day)...result bites him in the ass again! In Giants Stadium, the credo is: YOU TAKE THE WIIND!

    2. We get a great kickoff return by Bradshaw to open the game and settle for a field goal.

    3. Defense plays well we get the ball & Eli throws an INT, and give up a TD.

    4. We are running the ball well with Jacobs and after 2 series we start alternating with Ward which is not effective.

    5. The "old" Eli Manning returns and what does he end up with a QB rating of 30?

    6. Have to settle for field goals which we make 3 and miss 2. Terrible Job.

    7. Once again we can't convert on 3rd down and we can't stop 3rd down conversions.

    8. I am tired of seeing Antonio Pierce time after time taking the same penalties to extend drives.

    9. Out Coached, Outwitted & Outplayed...we get kicked off the Island.

    ReplyDelete
  86. I am laughing my gluteus maximus off the World Champions. You lost to the Beagles. ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!

    ReplyDelete
  87. look on the BRIGHT SIDE ....we are in better shape than the COWGIRLS

    ReplyDelete
  88. No you're not you loser. You're home for the winter. ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha haaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!!

  90. Nice pic of TO. You always post pictures of men?

    ReplyDelete
  91. Needs:

    1) OC who can use his running game to his advantage. What the brown, not using play action. No slants, wuick timing routes, RB flares----higher percentage of execution plays when your QB blows.

    2) QB coach to teach him how to throw a freaking spiral.

    3) New middle LB and speed at LB.

    4) A hog NT to clog the middle.

    6) Anquan Bolden or a freakin tall security blanket for a QB who consistently throws high floaters.

    7) Spags to beat the Brown out of Gilbrown in the tunnel after the game.

D wasn't great but they did enough to keep them in the game due to an incompetent O and OC. Look for Andy's letter bomb in the mail to you know who.

    ReplyDelete
  92. That was an EXTREMELY SAD offensive performance.

    Priotities for 2009

1--Fire Gillbrown, hire an aggressive O.C. I hope Gerry Reese
has the guts to do this. Because
it is the Offense that has
    killed us

2--Pick up a stud deep threat wideout in free agency

    3--Get some LB's with speed

  95. i expect to start hearing those dumb-asses over at ESPN to start talking about home-field in the playoffs...dont be surprised to hear one of them (prob dumb-ass MERRIL HOGE)that barely making the play-offsis good and playing in the first round is now and advantage....also how come when a DEFENSICE coordinators calls a bad game it is called out but GILBRIDE gets a pass?

    ReplyDelete
  96. Nature

The problem is that the playoff advantage goes to the teams that are hot going in. We were hot last year
    going in, cold this yearr.

Plus we have a bad O.C.

    ReplyDelete
  97. Eli needs a QB coach who will change his mechanics, so he will be able to cope with the wind in the Meadowlands.

This has to be done. He is the QB for the next 10 years. This must be priority one.

We need a prototypical WR. Either through trade, free agency or draft. ( Anquan Bolden would do just fine)

Revamp the LB corps. I don't know if the plan is to have Kiwanuka back there next season. But they need athletes there with speed.

We need a new OC. I know the Giants like to promote from within, so I would be OK with Chris Palmer as long as Gilbrown is gone.

Get ready for a new DC. Probably Bill Sheridan or Peter Guinta. I hope they employ the same philosophy as Spags.

I guess I'm just venting...the wound is still fresh.
