3 points: right player, wrong spot
2 points: wrong player, right position
1 point : wrong player, wrong position, right position elsewhere in first 5 spots
Tiebreaker-the entry which is submitted into the blog comments section FIRST.
You can guess a trade for any pick or combination of picks. Simply select what the pick was traded for. Any guess of a trade needs to be submitted at least the previous day BEFORE the trade is announced by Ralph Vacchianno of the Daily News in order to be accepted. Players and their position chosen in rounds 4 through 7 have no bearing on the contest. Answers must be submitted to THIS post's comments section.

Unfortunately, some rules minutae...
1) Reminder- for submissions that have a trade, "day" means calendar day, not 24 hour day. So if news broke right now about Edwards being traded, Crazed Giant is good and Mitch is not. After 12:01 AM Sunday morning, Mitch's trade picks are good as well.
2) In the remote chance that the Giants traded picks for any consideration that is not disclosed until AFTER the 3rd round of the draft, then your pick/s will get zero points. Example: the Giants trade for a 2010 draft pick. We're not waiting to find out what that was.
3) If the Giants trade for more picks than they give up, only the first of those picks will replace (and only if the pick/s is in Round 1-3). Example: the Giants trade their #1 for a #2c and #3c. The #2c choice would replace the #1. And #3c would have no bearing on the contest whatsoever.

Anyone has the right to change their picks. But you lose your original time stamp.
Craig- You need to specify who they trade for, otherwise you will not get any points. Plus, this way you can get partial points if you are wrong. I.e. you specify Edwards WR and they trade for Ocho Cinco, you would get 1 pt for WR and possibly two more if they used that precise selection for the trade.

I am really impressed with the great job people did on their picks. This was a difficult contest and there were lots of really good entries. Lots of Sintims! I hope he does well for the Giants.
